Preparing the model for painting

I purchased the Moebius Seaview with the Merriman R/C conversion kits. Its all very nice! On the 4th DVD there is a section called "Filling Seams". I was very anxious to see this part because, as a newbie, I've been quite unsuccessful at getting a good paint job. But I was disapointed when the section stopped in mid sentence with Mr. Merriman using the Evercoat to fill the seams. He never got to using the Nitro Stan or Primer! Is that the way all the disks are? If so, is there another place I can go to get instructions in this area? Does Mr. Merriman have other DVD's or perhaps tapes where he gives instructions on preparing models for painting? I would really appreciate any help I can get in this area.

I'll be looking at this over the weekend. I do remember one disk ending with Merriman in mid sentence, and hoping no one would notice.

Hi Mike,
I got the new copy of disk 4 and it does the exact same thing: it ends with Merriman in mid sentence. I even went and purchased a new Sony DVD player to see if was my old disk player. It still does the same thing. I probably wouldn't mind if it weren't information that I need so much. I hope you can fix it.

I spoke with David this morning and he told me he had NOT filmed this part of the procedure. However, he will work on it over the next week or so, so I should be able to give you an update then. I'll announce it on the forum.
